How the peanut butter you love comes into being
Along with our other delights
From the plant to your plate
A journey of joy
We pick the best Indian peanuts using portable mechanical pickers, transporting them to a peanut sheller for mechanical drying.
The little nuts are taken to a warehouse for thorough cleaning using blowers and other machinery.
After storage in warehouses, the nuts are shelled and graded and sent to us.
We dry roast them, cool them, and blanch them. They are then inspected to ensure that each of them is perfect.
We grind the peanuts either to a smooth texture or the rocky texture of our crunchy variants.
Finally, our ready jars of divine peanut butter are packaged and made available to you.
A manufacturing facility that makes it all possible
World-class infrastructure for peanut butter loved the world over
We are only able to bring you the finest peanut butter in the country wherever you are because of the fact that we have a manufacturing facility that allows us to produce 50,000 kg of peanut butter a day. Yes. That’s a lot of nutty goodness.
Our facility is located within a 3,00,000-sq. ft. food park in Talaja, Gujarat. It is a facility equipped with the latest machines and devices, each of which is constantly monitored by professionals. It is the heart of our operations and comprises our head office, peanut butter-manufacturing plant, packaging plant, and cold storage.
The facility of an industry leader
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with machinery from Urschel (U.S.), AC Horn (U.S.), Bühler U.K.), and SPX (U.S.), enabling us to be a leader in our space.
We even have our very own best-in-class R&D division, equipped with world-class labs. These are equipped by AgriQuant (Singapore), Romer Labs (U.S.), and it is in these scientific spaces that we innovate to come up with different compositions, flavours, and quality tests.
Our factory is one that matches international standards, having acquired BRC, ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, and FDA certifications. It is also approved by APEDA (Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority) and FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India). This is how you know that the treats you love are also the right treats for you.
Every aspect of what we do is aligned with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FSMS (Food Safety Management System) guidelines. This means that our facility is constantly sanitised and maintained according to international requirements for a food manufacturing unit.
Your safety matters more now
We’re also always innovating to find new ways to improve our standard of hygiene, particularly now, during the ongoing pandemic. Hygiene and sustainability go hand in hand at MYFITNESS. Amid the pandemic, all of our employees are encouraged to wear hair caps, face masks, and gloves, and are required to sanitise the premises and every incoming vehicle. There are also strict social distancing rules in place.
We allow nothing to stand between us and our goal to deliver healthy food that makes you happy.
